The breakfasts were tasty and fantastic. the facilities were good. the hotel is very close to the center of Helsinki and has a convenient tram line going straight there.

The staff were excellent co-operating, the location was magnificent and unbeatable. I got to the airport within 16 minutes' drive.

What a very relaxing stay, nothing too much trouble. Perfect hotel and clean, savoury breakfasts, absolutely perfect location close to transport stop. Great pool, parking inside property. No charge for wake up service and ironing too...

The staff here is competent and attentive while offering good service, so it is better to book a double room with an additional single bed.

ROOM FOR 2 ADULTS AND A CHILD, SHARING A BED. THERE IS A 3 STAR ROOM WITH A MINIBAR (although we remove the content and use it to preserve our products) AND A WATER AND TEA/COFFEE HEATER. THE WATER PRESSURE IS VERY GOOD. IT HAD GEL DISPENSER AND THEY REPLACED IT WHEN IT WAS OVER. BREAKFAST WAS APPRECIATED, ALTHOUGH IT WAS VERY BASIC, IT ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE HOTEL WITHOUT HUNGER. FROM THE ROOM YOU HAVE A VIEW OF THE ROUNDABOUT AND THE PARK. JUST IN FRONT OF THE TRAM STOP AT THE END OF LINE NUMBER 1. SUPER WELL CONNECTED WITH THE CENTER AND THE TRAIN STATION, WHERE WE ARRIVED FROM THE AIRPORT . INTERESTING TO DOWNLOAD IN THE MOBILE THE HSL APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF HELSINKI TRANSPORT TO HAVE THE NEAREST ROUTES ONLINE AND IN REAL TIME. IF YOU HAVE DATA (IN EUROPE THERE IS NO LONGER ROAMING, ALTHOUGH VISITORS FROM OUTSIDE EUROPE SHOULD SEE INTERNET OPTIONS) IS A WONDER TO HANDLE WITH THE APPLICATION.

THE CLEANING STAFF SIMPLY STRETCHED OUT THE SHEETS, WITHOUT REPLACING THE USED PLASTIC CUPS AND TEA AND COFFEE SACHETS. THE SHOWER SCREEN WAS QUITE UNCOMFORTABLE BECAUSE IT WAS A VERY LARGE SHEET AND OPENED OUTWARDS. VERY BASIC AND REPETITIVE BREAKFAST. WHEN THEY RAN OUT OF SOMETHING OR DIDN'T REPLACE IT OR IT TOOK A WHILE. POOL SCHEDULE ONLY IN THE MORNING FROM 7:00 TO 10:00AM VERY BAD, I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE IT IN THE AFTERNOON-EVENING AFTER RETURNING FROM KICKING AROUND TOWN. VERY VERY SMALL ELEVATOR, NO MORE THAN 3 PEOPLE AND WITH SUITCASES WE HAD TO MAKE 2 TRIPS

The hotel had been changed to completely non-smoking. I had asked a smoking room and received a confirmation. Eas the fault at the hotel or at Booked.net?

Nestled away in a leafy district near excellent public transportation, this hotel offers a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. With friendly staff, a communal sauna and swimming pool, and a delicious breakfast, guests can start their day on the right foot. the rooms are clean and inviting, with comfortable beds and a beautiful view of the surrounding wooden houses.

Only downside was the cold pool water, which meant the swimming pool was unusable.

I had appreciated service, placing, the quiet of Pohjolankatu and the restaurant.

The hotel was located in a nice neighbourhood with good transportation options close by. I loved that there was a grocery store right across the street. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the sauna and swimming pool were both great.

Very good service for Finnish standards, magnificent sauna.

Room rates are a tad expensive, although you do get free wifi, breakfast and free use of the swimming pool in the mornings.
